When patching one leak after another stops making sense, repiping replaces the plumbing rather than chasing it.

Repiping means replacing the water supply pipework through the house rather than repairing it section by section. It is the right answer when the pipe itself has reached the end of its life, because at that point every repair is just the next leak waiting somewhere else along the same run.
It is a bigger job than a repair and we will say so honestly. But there is a point where a house is telling you what it needs, and paying a plumber three times in a year is more expensive than doing it once.
One leak is a repair. A third leak in the same house within a couple of years is the pipe telling you something.
Galvanized steel corrodes from the inside. Rust in the water means the pipe wall is going.
Corrosion narrows the inside of old pipe until flow suffers throughout the house.
Common in older Clark County homes and well past its service life.
Some late twentieth century plastic supply pipe becomes brittle and fails without warning.
If walls are already open, repiping costs far less than doing it later.
A repipe replaces the supply pipework serving your fixtures. Done properly it ends the cycle of repeat leaks, restores pressure that corrosion had quietly taken away, and takes rusty water out of the equation.
It also removes a risk that is hard to price until it happens: a supply line failing inside a wall or above a ceiling while nobody is home.

How disruptive is a repipe?
More disruptive than a repair and less than people fear. We need access to the pipe runs, which means opening some walls or ceilings, and we plan those openings to be as few and as easy to patch as possible. Most homes keep water service overnight through the job.
How long does it take?
Typically several days for an average home, depending on size, layout and how accessible the existing runs are.
Do I have to move out?
Usually not.
How do I know if I need it rather than a repair?
The pattern matters more than any single leak. Repeat leaks, rusty water and falling pressure across the whole house together point at the pipe rather than at one fitting. We will look and tell you straight.
Is it worth it before selling?
Often yes, because failing galvanized pipe shows up in an inspection and becomes a negotiating point. Worth talking through before you list.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. We give free estimates on all jobs.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. Every job we do carries at least a one year warranty on our labor. Water heaters carry two years. Fixtures and parts carry their own manufacturer’s warranty.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing through Affirm. The invoice we send you carries an option to pay over time instead of all at once, and Affirm sets the terms. Useful when a repair or a replacement arrives unplanned, which is usually how they arrive.
