Why Homeowners Call Jeremy
2-year labor warranty on water heaters. Every other job carries at least one year.
The permit is pulled on the install. It is part of the job, not something handed back to you.
Brands he stands behind. Bradford White tanks, Navien or Rinnai tankless.
One person, start to finish. The plumber who answers the phone is the one who shows up and does the work.

Jeremy installed a new water heater to replace my aging original unit. Very satisfied with all aspects of the process. Jeremy offered prompt communication, was able to quote by sharing a few pictures, very competitive pricing, completed the work to a high standard. We heard the unmistakable sound of running water—never a good sign. A neighbor recommended Jeremy, and he quickly identified the problem: a burst hot water pipe in our crawlspace. While he was here, he also repaired an exterior faucet. Both fixes were completed in about an hour.
We were extremely impressed with his diagnostic ability, professionalism, and efficiency. Jeremy clearly knows his craft, and we’re grateful to have found someone we can trust to help maintain our home. Thank you, Jeremy!
