Drips, leaks under the cabinet, low flow, and new fixtures fitted properly.

A dripping faucet is the easiest plumbing problem to live with and one of the least worth living with. A leak under the cabinet is the opposite: easy to miss until the base of the cupboard is soft.
We repair fixtures where the fixture is worth keeping, and fit new ones properly where it is not, including the ones customers supply themselves.
Worn cartridges, washers and seals. Usually a quick repair.
Supply connections, drain assemblies and traps. Often found late, after cabinet damage.
Blocked aerators or restricted supply lines.
Fitted and sealed properly, including fixtures you have bought yourself.
Kitchen and bathroom sinks removed and replaced, with the drain reworked as needed.
Repair, replacement and new installation.
Tell us what is going on. Often we can narrow it down before we arrive.
A clear explanation of what is wrong and what it will take.
The work and the number, before anything starts.
Properly, and to code.
We check it works and leave the space tidy.
Is a dripping faucet worth calling about?
It is usually a small repair, and a drip that runs all day adds up on the bill. Worth dealing with rather than living with.
I bought my own faucet. Will you fit it?
Yes. We fit customer supplied fixtures.
There is water in the cabinet under the sink. What is it?
Usually a supply connection or the drain assembly. Worth looking at promptly, because cabinet bases absorb water and do not recover.
My water pressure is low at one tap only.
If it is only one fixture, the aerator or the supply line to that fixture is the usual cause rather than anything larger.
Repair or replace the faucet?
If the body is sound, a cartridge or seal replacement usually restores it. If it is corroded or a very cheap unit, replacement is often better value than repeated repairs.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. We give free estimates on all jobs.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. Every job we do carries at least a one year warranty on our labor. Water heaters carry two years. Fixtures and parts carry their own manufacturer’s warranty.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing through Affirm. The invoice we send you carries an option to pay over time instead of all at once, and Affirm sets the terms. Useful when a repair or a replacement arrives unplanned, which is usually how they arrive.
